Let's eat let's sleep let's get a part-time job! LET'S FORGET TOTALLY ABOUT STUDYING!" She says she feels so energetic at the moment, she can even destroy a whole car... But she is calmed by Saki, who SAYS "calm down", but she herself is carrying all the playthings for the summer... When some of the concerned students suggest Saki should write down the info about the extra tutoring sessions during summer(yes, Saki's grade sucks), she casually replies she somehow managed to pass all subjects, which really surprises others. Arisa looks casual, though, saying Saki probably didn't want to spend her summer in a stuffy classroom with no AC. Saki : "Yes... Last summer was horrible." When others suggest she should always study hard like this time, she replies "the idea crossed my mind... but I just didn't felt like it." Students : 'FIGURES." Outside the school, Tohru is happy about the summer vacation. When Kyo says she's too simple-minded, Yuki enters the scene and says "She wouldn't want to be called simple-minded by the most simple-minded idiot." Of course, an arguement is in order. Tohru asks them what they would like for dinner, in order to diffuse the situation, but her question is answered by... Haru : "Shokayaki(some sort of meat dish I think...)..." ...Haru, who is standing under a sprinkler, soaked. Later Momiji jumps in and gets Kyo wet, too, much to the catboy's distress. Momiji leads everyone(Souma people and Tohru) to somewhere in the mall. But the place he leads them to is a ghost house, like those ones in the amusement park. Yuki and Kyo stop the exctied Momiji from jumping in, suggesting they should ask others' opinions, too. Like Tohru, for an example. But she is... Haru : "Absolutely silent... she is." ...she is terrified and pale. But when the disappointed Momiji asks her if she doesn't want to, she decides she should go in... Tohru(in panic mode) : "If you ask me if I"m not scared or not I'm really really scared but they say if you concentrate your mind you can even walk through water or fire I cannot keep running away!" Kyo : "Um, it's okay even if you run away from this..." Tohru : "I will go in I will try it I will fight it!! I will go in right away!" Yuki and Kyo : "Hah..." Inside. Tohru is scared out of her wit. But Momiji is... "Whahahaha! Why is this guy hung upside down? Is it a new kind of aerobic?" Tohru sees this, and also tries to get rid of her fear by laughing. So she keeps laughing hysterically at every single scary display. But... Tohru : "...I'm still scared..." Kyo : "...you're much more scarier right now." So Tohru tries closing her eyes this time. But soon she keeps bumping into things. Yet she still keeps her eyes shut, too scared of the displays. Yuki, Kyo : 'Oh no. At this rate, she's going to get herself killed!!' ...and both of them simultaneously offer a hand to Tohru. Of course, another arguement happens, accusing each other for mimicking. But as they argue, Momiji jumps in and grabs Tohru's hand and guides her away... ^^;; Momiji : "Leaving a scared girl by herself and fighting, that's a no- no." Kyo : "...shut up and go away!" Yuki : '...he's right, though.' Hatsuharu suggests to Tohru that she should "simulate" the situation. When asked how, he picks up a scary doll as an example. Haru : "For an example, this guy... He looks scary outside, but he's actually a nice young man who loves animals and cooking. During weekends, he does volunteer works. He's ranked number one as 'the best husband material' by peers, although one small flaw is that he cries a lot." Momiji : "Hehh... Is that so?" Tohru : "I see..." Haru : "...but even he had a dark and sad past. The existence of his mother who was separated from him when he was ten." Momiji, Tohru : "Ehhhhhhhh?!" Haru : "...her gentle hands that rainy day when she left him, leaving behind a handmade sweater... her kind voice... those tears coming ouf of her eyes... Those were the last memories he has of his mother. Next morning, all that was left were a drunken father, heavy depts, and the sweater... But he never blamed his mother, trusting those tears she shed that night... and he worked hard for his father... to pay the depts... holding onto the sweater that still had his mother's visage and scent...hoping some day he would meet her again..." Momiji, Tohru : "........" Haru : "And today, his mother is here to meet him." Momiji, Tohru : "Ehhhhhh?!" Kyo : "...what are you guys doing?" Haru : "His mother had her own circumstances which forced her to leave him, but said she had regretted what she did. As she explained everything one by one with her own words... ...touching reunion." Kyo : O_O+++ "DON'T BREAK THINGS!" Momiji : T_- "Thank goodness..." Tohru : ToT "How wonderful..." Haru : -_- "Wonderful, wonderful." Kyo : -_-+++ "I'll show you what's wonderful myself, so think about what you did, you idiot!!" Yuki is silent at the corner. ...and they are at the office, where the manager scolds them for damaging their display. But Momiji and Tohru instead plead him to keep those two dolls together so they may never separate again... Tohru even tells him the story, which Haru made up... Kyo : "I told you, don't take Haru's story seriously! The manager will laugh!" Manager : T_T 'I... I heard such a wonderful story today...' Kyo : O_o+++ "He's an idiot! This place is filled with idiots!" Now everyone is back in Shigure's house, eating shokayaki. When asked how her experience at the ghost house was... Tohru : "I was so touched." Momiji : "Me too, me too." Yuki, Kyo : '...it was really tiring for me.' VERY IMPORTANT! Tohru : "But still... I never felt so excited and jittery about a summer vacation before... As... as if something is going to happen. Feelling like that from the beginning, how weird... The faces of Yuki and Kyo are somewhat startled, and in dark shade... Tohru : 'Wouldn't it be the way it is this summer? A premonition... Now, the summer vacation begins.' The scene switches to a hospital. Hiro comes in to visit Rin. She is about to be released. He keeps talking, to draw a reaction out of her. But Rin replies that she knows Shigure is no longer there. Rin : "I know it won't be easy. But........." Hiro : "Not going to give up, are you, Rin..." Rin : (a minor note : she's pretty... imagine Saki with her hair done in straight, and down)"Who's giving up? Never." This chapter ends with a monologue. Although it's not indicated, I think it's Tohru's. 'A premonition. Something even the one who is calling it wouldn't know. From the deep inside the chest to the neck, it speads up and forms a premonition. So much that even the words are lost.'
